With a view to providing a focus on the emerging trends in international arbitration, to promote the effective use of Arbitration / Mediation and Institutional Arbitration/ Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) in Construction Industry, the “2015 UNCITRAL INDIA WORKSHOP ON DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY “is being organised on Monday, 16th February, 2015 at Mirza Ghalib Hall, Scope Converntion Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, jointly by UNCITRAL- RCAP and Construction Industry Arbitration Council (CIAC).
